Josh Wallace represented me in superior court this year on a rather complicated case. Due to a conflict of interest he was assigned to represent me. Shortly after my entry into PCSO jail he came to visit me (on his day off). He went over every detail of my case with me and gave me the good, bad and best possible outcomes.

After our visit he got to work on hammering out the complications in my case and working on getting me out and back with my family. He was there with me every step of the way, he kept in contact with me and my wife and answered every question or concern we may have had. Shortly after my arraignment he was able to get me released on OR so I could return to my family and shortly after that he achieved the “Best possible outcome” and came to a really good arrangement with the prosecution witch leads me to this review.

If you want someone to represent you aggressively, who cares about you and your family then Mr. Wallace is your man.

Josh represented me in a trial at the Casa Grande Municipal Court. I had the option of going to traffic survival school, but I didn’t feel the citation was fair. Josh cross examined the officer and thoroughly prepared me for my testimony. The Judge ruled in our favor and my citation was dismissed. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone who is looking for an aggressive trial attorney.
